Chef Gemignani has crafted two new pizzas exclusively for Princess Cruises, featuring premium ingredients like Soppressata sausage, hot honey, agave pesto, and fresh goat cheese. Additionally, three of his signature award-winning pizzas will debut at Alfredo's on the new Sun Princess and extend to the rest of the fleet this summer. These exclusive pizzas promise to bring the authentic taste of Chef Gemignani's hand-crafted creations to sea, ensuring guests enjoy an unparalleled dining experience.

Tony Gemignani, celebrated for his numerous awards and achievements in the culinary world, has personally trained Princess chefs at his renowned Tony's Pizza Napoletana in San Francisco and aboard Princess ships. His influence ensures that the pizzas served on Princess Cruises maintain the high standards and authentic flavors that have earned him accolades.

The new Chef Gemignani-designed pizzas will be featured at Alfredo's and Gigi's specialty pizzerias, which offer a delightful menu of individual-size pizzas, salads, wines, and more.
