Sushi at Terrace Café
The Terrace Café now boasts an expansive sushi station with 45 brand-new recipes. Created by Executive Culinary Directors Chefs Alex Quaretti and Eric Barale, the sushi menu includes two types of sashimi per day, two types of uramaki, three kinds of nigiri, and a daily vegetarian option. This addition ensures guests can enjoy fresh, flavorful sushi in a relaxed, al fresco setting.

Indian Cuisine at Terrace Café
Once every cruise during dinner service, the Terrace Café transforms with an Indian Corner featuring 15 authentic Indian recipes. "Creating the new Indian dishes for Terrace Café is a perfect example of this; some of these recipes have been handed down through generations. It's a privilege to be able to see them through a new lens and to bring them to new audiences. The butter chicken and the dhal are already proving to be popular choices with our guests," said Chef Alex.
Waves Grill: Poolside Perfection
Waves Grill, Oceania Cruises' relaxed poolside lunch venue, has also received a menu revamp. Guests can now enjoy a variety of cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, and burgers, including the signature Surf & Turf Wagyu burger and the new Philly Cheesesteak hot sandwich.
