Departing from Sydney to Tasmania on 6 February 2025, this voyage will feature some of Australia's most renowned chefs, producers, and food critics. Guests will enjoy a special three-course dinner in the Britannia and Grills Restaurants and a bespoke culinary shore experience in Hobart.
